Bahamas	$150 - $400	Fee is based on location and number of attempts. Residents of the Bahamas spend much of their time working in the tourist areas. It is not rare to incur 3-5 attempts before service is made. Please allow up to four weeks for return of service.
Belize (Central America)	$350.00 + $40.00 for notarized affidavit.	Our service fee includes unlimited attempts. Service can usually be made within one to two weeks.
British Virgin Islands	Tortola - $650 Virgin Gorda - $750 Anegada - $985 Jose Van Dyke - $985 All other islands - $1125	The British Virgin Islands is a signatory to the Hague Service Convention that governs service of process to be effected between participating nations. The British Virgin Islands consist of four major islands, Tortola, Virgin Gorda, Anegada and Jost Van Dyke. There are also many smaller islands that are generally used by vacationers. We offer service on all islands, with Tortola being our main hub. In order to serve on any of the surrounding islands, our servers must either use water or air transportation to "hop" between islands. This of course makes the service of process fee much higher on these surrounding islands. Businesses in the BVI keep more of a 40 hour workweek, unlike some of the other Caribbean islands. So service on businesses or individuals at work is generally completed within 48 hours of our server receiving the paper. *Our service fee includes all shipping costs, fuel surcharges, serving of paper and affidavit and notary costs.*
Cayman Islands	$850	Serving in the Cayman Islands is much like serving in the BVI, except, individuals are very difficult to locate on the island. Because of a high amount of tourism, most individuals are usually working tours, cabs or some type of other job dealing with tourism. It is not rare for process to take up to two months to complete. Our service fee includes unlimited attempts, shipping costs, affidavit and notary costs.

Dominican Republic	$300 - $400	Our service fee includes unlimited attempts.
Jamaica	$500 - $950	Jamaica is a large island with many rural, hard to reach areas. Some of those areas are only accessible by bike or on foot. Our rates are based on the part of the island in which your paper needs to be served. When serving a paper in Jamaica, please remember that Jamaica has a very "laid back" atmosphere and work ethics on the island are not that of the U.S. This sometimes makes the service of papers difficult, as we've encountered many times, the defendant is away from their home for days at a time. As a result, many attempts may be made before the defendant is actually served. For this reason, rush service is not always possible. Our service fee includes unlimited attempts.
Puerto Rico	$350 - $550	Service rates for Puerto Rico vary from town to town. Our service fee includes unlimited attempts.
Trinidad/Tobago	$650	Our service fee includes unlimited attempts.
U.S. Virgin Islands	Varies by Island	Our service fee includes unlimited attempts.
