Semen Detection and Infidelity Testing are used in a variety of situation and are usually conducted together.  A semen detection test will confirm the presence of semen or sperm.  If the semen test is positive, an infidelity test is performed to identify a match of a semen or sperm sample.

A semen detection test is conducted on an article of clothing or bed sheets to determine the presence of semen or sperm.  If the stain is determined to be semen, an infidelity test can be conducted.
